Shipping

We partner with Printify, a leading global print-on-demand service, to produce and ship your orders from facilities as close to you as possible.

  • Production time: Usually 1–3 business days.

Printify automatically selects the best production facility and shipping carrier for your location (DHL, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, and other local partners).

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • United States — 2–5 business days (fastest, thanks to the largest number of local production facilities)
  • Canada — 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom — 3–7 business days
  • European Union — 3–8 business days
  • Australia — 5–10 business days

Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–12 business days, depending on your country and current order volume. Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email as soon as the item is shipped.

Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your country, feel free to contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
